07.12.2004 World Championship 2004 (C) 5H3@5/3F-1F3 After more than four years drought we have a new World Champion! It was a well deserved victory for Hook who claims his second World Championship trophy. It was really a one-man-final! G2 is second and Bruno is third and it is closer than ever at the top of the World Rankings. GammelNok is fourth after just losing out in his final heat. Mugge is fifth and last and the only one not to claim a heat victory. Download result sheet - World Rankings after this event - World Cup Standings after this event

24.11.2004. Wannabe Darth Vaders (C) 2H2or3/1F1or2R-1R3/1F-1F3 GammelNok takes the victory after making it through the repêchage proving him ready to compete for the World Championship title. Bruno takes second place in front of φe, who is a slightly dissapointing third after a good chance of actually winning the tournament. Bruno has more or less secured the 2004 World Cup title with his second place, but the following spots are up for crabs at the World Championship. 06.09.2004. Morfars Gram Prix (C) 2H3or4/2F-1F4 Out of nowhere VSM takes the win in this larger spontaneous tournament placing him directly in the 6th spot on the World Rankings. The favorites Bruno and G2 finishes second and third. Biafra back home from Africa is a surprising forth. Download result sheet - World Rankings after this event

05.07.2004 Roskilde Open 2004 (C) 3H3/2SF1R-1R3/2SF-2SF4/1F2R-1R4/2F-1F4 Hook takes a convincing win after a visit to the repêchage following a second place in his semi final. Bruno is second for the second year in a row which is enough to claim top spot on the world rankings since the defending champion and rankings leader G2 looses out in the repêchage. Mugge takes third after winning his semi final. Rommel is fourth in the final after showing stable play throughout the tournament. 22.05.2004 Fly Baby Fly (C) 5H3@5/3F-1F3 G2 wins to position himself in the top spot as the World Rankings once again are official. G2 takes two of his three heats and then adds a third win in the most inportant "heat" of them all - the final. Hook is second after relatively weak play in the heats, but he shows his nose for "doing what's needed". Bruno finishes in third place in the final after winning all his three heats. Brinke misses out on a chance to challange Hook for the last place in the final due to a disqualification. Download result sheet - Official World rankings after this event

06.03.2004 φe's Brithday Celebration (C) 2H4@4 Hook is back! His last tournament was Roskilde Open 2003, but now he's back with a convincing double heat win on the new board. Bruno is second and G2 third, and it's a close race to start the World Rankings on top. Happy Birthday φe! Download result sheet - Unofficial World rankings after this event

28.02.2004 Reviving Champions – The Retireds Memorial (C) 2H3/1F2R-1R4/2F-F4 A convincing win for Bruno and a equally convincing second place for GammelNok after both made it to the final by winning their heat. G2 takes third by beating debutant Ferryman in a sprint for Heathrow after they both made it through the repêchage. The attraction of the day was the very strong play in all aspects of the game by Ferryman – impressive first appearance. Download result sheet - Unofficial World rankings after this event

21.02.2004 Medister Cup (C) 2H4@4 Following the fattest sausage in history a spontaneous tournament saw G2 proving his strength with Don L. taking second after beating Bruno in a rematch for second and third. GammelNok takes forth after two unfriendly meetings with Heathrow.
| ||||||||
11.02.2004. New Board Tryouts (C) First registered game on the new board conducted in a friendly exploratory atmosphere. Don L. beats Bruno in the first game, and Bruno beats Don L. and G2 in the second. Not much action but what can you expect from a weekday.

Board: 08.07.00 Current rules: 5 stations north of Central Line, 5 stations south of Central Line, and Heathrow.

29.-31.08.2003 The Vacation House Games (DUT, C-CS, CSP) First and foremost the sprint attempts of Gammel Nok and Bruno saw a sprint world record for Gammel Nok, who only used 4 minutes and 8 seconds to drop his 11 inhibitions. Almost as important the first ever DUT version of GUG was played with Brinke & Gammel Nok taking first place just in front of VSM & G2 with Don L. and Bruno in close third. The six people classic game saw G2 proving his strength with Gammel Nok showing his potential.
| ||||||||
26.-28.06.2003. Roskilde 2003 (C) 3H3/2SF-2SF3/1F2R-1R4/2F-F4 One of the most exciting tournaments in a long time saw G2 take the title by overtaking and out sprinting Bruno on the last two stations making it at clean sweep with victory in the heat, the semis, and in the final. Bruno settled for second after two wins and two second place in the tournament. The expectations for the final was build well in advance with the Lion beating Bruno and Hook in his semi-final making promises for the final but ending up in fourth. Hook finished third without a win throughout the tournament, but his presence is always a factor of intimidation. Kongen and φe lost in the repêchage after fair play throughout the tournament and missed out on the final.
26.-29.06.2003. The Friendlies at Roskilde 2003 (C, C-CS) These showed the strength of Bruno who claimed victory in all six games. Not much more to say about that – apparently it required a tournament to bring out the best in the other contenders at Roskilde 2003.
21.-22.06.2003 Roskilde 2003 Prep. (C) incl. Tjahh & Waahh. The 21st of June saw 3 games with The Lion as the strongest player. After a 5 player first game with The Lion in second Bruno retired with a win and Hook with a disappointing fourth place. The Lion was unstoppable in the next two three-player games with φe taking two second places and G2 taking two third places. G2 bounced back with at win the following day though.
| |||||||||
31.05.2003 Isabella Invitational Isabella Invitational on the 31st of May saw the force of the older players with Hook taking yet another title after 28 pulls at Heathrow with G2 and Bruno as close second and thirds. The less experienced players both contributed with a beautiful DNF choosing not to drink 28 and 32 at Heathrow.
| |||||||||
28.-29.06.2002. Roskilde Open (C) 3H3or4/2or3SF/1R-1R3/1SF-2SF4/1F/2R-1R4/2F-F4 Superior play by Hook who is more or less unchallenged wins his heat, his semi-final and the final for a straight path to the number one spot avoiding any of the two repêchages. A surprise second place for Grønlænderen considering his lack of recent practise in a tournament atmosphere. G2 takes a bittersweet third place after a win in both his heat and his semi-final. G-Nigga is fourth.
| |||||||||
22.02.2002. Elm Tree Cup 2002 (C) 2H4/1F2R-1R4/2F-F4 A display of power by Induravn winning both his heat and the final with a comfortable margin to number two. A nice second to G2 who also went directly to the final. The Lion and GammelNok takes third and forth after making it through the repêchage.
| |||||||||
Board: 08.07.00 Rules played: 5 stations north of Central Line, 5 stations south of Central Line, and Heathrow. No restrictions on end station distance from Circle Line.
| |||||||||
29.-30.06.2001 Roskilde Open 2001 (C) 2H4/1F2R-1R4/2F-F4 A surprising but very comfortable win by Bruno in the final after making it through the repêcharge by winning the game. Hook takes second after winning his heat taking the direct route to the final and forcing Bruno into the repêcharge, but it was not enough in the end. Kongen takes third after taking Hammersmith for 11 pulls with Barking already on the sheet, and heat winner G2 settled for forth. Download result sheet - World rankings after this event

24.02.2001 BMW Nørrebronx Open (C) 2H3or4/1F2R-1R4/2F-F4 Tournament for the seriously drunk – try checking out the end stations visited especially in the final. Furthermore the writing is the worst ever with possibly some end stations appearing more than once! Well, in a chaotic heavy drinking game you can always count on TLO to come out on top in a final favouring those who didn’t need the repêchage. Download result sheet - World rankings after this event

15.08.2000. World Championship in Kids-GUG (C) 2H3/2F-F4 The world championship in Kids-GUG was limited to the younger players as their ultimate battle in a time when the older players were getting much older very fast. A close race was anticipated between “I can drink it all” SunRules and “Superior tactics” Bruno with an outside chance for “strong all around” GammelNok – only the latter disappointed slightly. In two very fast games Bruno wins both his heat and the final with SunRules in close second. After a win in his heat GammelNok takes a DNF in the final. 12.08.2000. Matrix OPVO – Matrix OPVarmnings Open (C) A sweet victory for Brinke with Bruno in second place and a surprise third place by Musen considering the shower of pulls Don L. let rain on the field in a fruitless attempt to get into the game.
| |||||||||
09.08.2000. NC/MC EB Memorial (C) A perfect example of half drunk people suddenly deciding that it’s time for a game of GUG. Way to go Brinke! (75% of the players ended up sleeping under or close to the coffee table well before midnight).
| |||||||||

08.07.2000. Tuborg-Plade Mindehøjtidelighed (C) 2H3or4/2F-F4 Placed in the lovely surroundings of Fælledparken two new players joined the lovely world of GUG, but the victory was a battle between Bruno and SunRules with the former winning their heat and the latter getting his revenge in the final. The top two of the second heat settled for third and fourth. Download result sheet - World rankings after this event

| |||||||||
Board: XX.XX.XX. Rules played: 5 stations north of Central Line, 4 stations south of the Thames, and Heathrow.
| |||||||||
09.-11.06.2000. Allergy Open (C) A marathon of five games over three days with only Don L. showing the needed consistency to claim the overall title – one win and four second places.
